Ragtime is a popular search in my videos and this was requested too, so clearly a lot of people would like to play ragtime! It's not super easy in the beginning but through this episode, I provide you with progressively more difficult techniques for the left and right hand. You're encouraged to use your internal piano while away from your piano to follow along. I also provide a few snippets for you to learn from Maple Leaf Rag. I also bring in diminished chords at the end. If you follow exactly what I demonstrate, in all the keys (yes!), you'll crack the seemingly difficult syncopation pattern and feel and never look back!
